This is the worst. Conveyor belt runs way too fast, and packages come to you that aren't even your area. I work a 4 hour shift and spent about 3 hours doing this as well as getting totes/ oversized packages ready for drivers. They can't stop things when we get overwhelmed and cannot stow the way we have been taught as you're trying to get everything done. I can see associates getting hurt even when they are working safely. Personalky, I prefer the old way and this isn't better for associates at all. I guess the almighty dollar takes priority over associate safety and wellbeing. Sometimes, technology really does suck.
