I was trying to transfer my bike from trainer to Wheel and wheel toppled over. Now, the rear cassette is no longer attached and can slide off easy. I haven't noticed any parts that fell off. Any idea how to fix? It's a brand new bike. had a few rides outside and worked fine

That’s the freehub body. Take it back to the shop you bought it from.
This is normal on some hubs. Just slide it back on and make sure the pawls (the little teeth) slot in right. It’s held in securely by the Thru axle later.
the ratchet design will come off, slide it back on and you’ll be fine. the DT swiss design is known for this but it’s a great design.
Make sure all of the springs are in the correct place, and slide it back together. It’s supposed to come apart like that. Cool thing is that I can run a Shimano cassette on one bike, and a SRAM cassette on another bike, on the same wheel, and make the change very quickly thanks to this design.

Watch a video that shows how to reassemble a dt swiss style freehub, it should be pretty easy to do at home. That type of hub just has an oring on the end cap to keep everything together when the wheel is off the bike, sometimes if that oring gets grease or dirt on it, it can slide off more easily than normal
I just figured out that you have to just push it in real tight and it’ll click in. I appreciate everyone’s help!
DT Swiss hubs are made to be field serviceable. You can just shove that cassette assembly right back onto the main hub until you feel a noticeable resistance and slight click. That’s all there is to it. Nothings broken. You might have pulled too hard on the cassette and it unclicked from the groove and came off.
That’s not very typical, I’d like to make that point.
