I have tried mucoff and it wasn't very effective. Rhino goo does a better job
@mucoffltd would rinsing the entire bike first in order to remove the heavier dirt/debris and to soften the stuck on stuff have helped? Seems like just spraying the cleaner on then going at it with a brush with the heavy dirt still on behind the seat tube might be a recipe for scratching, no?
