Hi I am a new subscriber here. Your videos are actually great and inspirational. I am a top eleven player (manager) and I just don't know why I am losing from a low rating team. From your videos I learn that's all is about your creativity and your skill to observing the match form and tactic. 8:23: those are both French-speaking countries, so maybe your West Africa scout doesn't speak a foreign language (but surely he ought to be able to go to Morocco and Guinea-Conakry).
I’ve been doing this same rebuild. Took Ligue 2 by storm, winning the league outright with three matches to play. Having some trouble figuring the tactical ideas for the first season up, though. Thinking about playing Dyche-ball after picking up a big target up top and a couple of Wingers with excellent crossing.
French is hard Tom idc how bad your pronunciation is because for once people play the ligue 1 / 2

Your pronounciations are not that bad really for a non french speaker.
