I am an absolute novice when it comes to technical/mechanical work with bikes, looking for some help getting my smart trainer working correctly.
I have a Scot CR1 i want to use in the tacx, ive had the cassette changed over to a 10 speed that a bike shop supplied and installed for me.
Once I put my bike on and loaded into zwift i noticed that when i put more load on the pedals it made a “jumping/loud clicking” sound. It also skips gears. I read that maybe the gears needed indexing but it didnt seems to change much.
In the attached video it shows the clicking sound i referenced, aswell as what seems to my novice eys the cassestte not running totally straight and has a wobble, but pros installed not me.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

So the cassette is 10 speed but what is the cassette on your wheel set? Is it a different number of Cogs? If so, then that’s the problem, the # of Cogs must be the same because shifters are only build to specific speeds.
