No brakes, and it’s been repainted half a dozen times… even some of (all of) the tie-wraps have been painted over at least once. Broken cellphone “dashboard” and it looks like the rider got “dinged” at least once for not having proper reflectors. That puts my guess into the “rides this at night so as not to get hit by cars when they blast across the highway” category. This my friends is an xbike in a pure form.
Oh, and an edit: Notice how the tires are not painted. Not one speck of paint. Odd detail to that bike.
