You mean tire? All tires I know have some line on them that runs parallel to the rim and makes it easy to see if it sits properly.

In case you have trouble seating it proper:
1. Deflate
2. Smear very soapy water inside the rim/on the tyre beads
3. Inflate a bit
4. Wiggle tyre alot all around the rim
5. Inflate to max allowed psi
6. Profit ???
7. If not profit ??? Deflate, more soap, more wiggle.
