Hey guys, recently installed 203 mm hope floating rotors on my 2024 Kona process 153 G2. Having troubles with clearance. Filed off some material on my pm adaptor to gain clearance, no rubbing on the stand spinning the wheel just worried about flex while riding. Anyone else have experiences like this with the hope floating rotors? Is this safe to ride in my case? Any fixes? Any help is appreciated thanks!

Should be fine. If it flexes you’ll hear it, but even then it shouldn’t be a problem
Pretty dang close and it looks like you’ve already removed material from the adapter. Is your hub assembled correctly i.e. are the end caps correctly installed? Does i9 use the caps?
Also, is the rotor installed with the correct side out?
