  1. There’s 3 digit number somewhere on the rim or tire. Will probably be 622/700c or 630/27”.

Looks like they might be 27″ wheels 63.5 centimeters. I measured mine and they came to the same.

  3. Just by the way that they are I can say confidently that they are 700c. The internal rim width should match front to back. If you are replacing one wheel measure the inside of the channel the tire sits in in mm. If you are replacing both wheels, just go with a 19mm rim width. They’re the most versatile. 700c x 19mm

Upon actually reading your tape they look like 27in rims not 700c.

  4. Measure:

The bead seat diameter (BSD). This is the diameter of the wheel, as you’re measuring in the photos, but from the bottom of the channel where the tire bead sits. I’m going to guess yours are 622mm, which is “700c” or 29 inch.

You’ll also need to measure the hub width.

You may also find it useful to know the internal width of your rims. There’s room for some variation here, but if you have a preferred tire width, certain rim widths will lend themselves to it. Rim brakes will also be a factor.
