I recently bought a new Canyon Grizl equipped with SRAM Rival disc brakes. I performed the bed-in procedure exactly according to SRAM's instructions (20x from 20 km/h to walking pace, then 10x from 30 km/h).
However, the brakes produce strong vibrations and an inconsistent, juddering feedback when applied. The pads show the uneven wear pattern seen in the attached picture (front and rear look almost identical).
Troubleshooting done so far:
• Sanded the pads perfectly flat to remove any glazing/ridges
• Re-did the bed-in procedure
The issue persists. What else could be causing this on a brand-new bike?

Can also try to crosspost to r/SRAM
If the rotors are not bent, I would start by facing the brake caliper mounts to ensure you have a completely flat mounting points. Then focus on the caliper and pads. The vibrations are most likely caused by the caliper being misaligned but the wear on your pads is odd
if this is a new bike, contact canyon support and they will most likeley send you to a partner mechanic
