I think it comes down to taste man, but for me personally, i’d get a flatbar (the same color as ur actual handlebar) with a traditional brake handle and if the crankset is gone, i would go for a hollowtech crankset, probably on black.

What do you mean the crankset nudges up and down?

Bar tape and a cross top lever to replace the single drop style brake and it’ll be golden.
And a plug for the end of your bars, these will make a nice hole in your legs if you might crash
How well does that front brake work without a cable housing?
