Canyon Ultimate : L or XL ?

Hello, I'm really unsure about which size to choose when buying a Canyon Ultimate. I'm 6'3" tall with an 88 cm inseam. The website recommends an XL, but I'm right in the middle of the L size range for inseam and at the very bottom of the XL range for height (see image)

Are there any guys in the same situation as me who chose L? I’m worried that the XL might be too big with a very low saddle.
