i mounted an fidlock twist adapter for my aero bolles after removing it one hole had dmg aa shown on the picture i did not over screw of 2nm. should i be concerned with this dmg or not at all?

It’s fine. This is an issue on a lot of bikes with larger frame tubes and with soft paint (especially Canyon, Trek, Pinarello, some Specialized)
Since not all water bottle cages fit all bikes, and frame tube shapes are changing:
A quick and simple shop trick is to place a rim nut from an inner tube between the frame and the cage to lift the cage away from the paint/carbon. The rim nut is like a touch bigger than cage screw so it will act as a 1mm washer.
