Just got new wheels and now also thinking about going to 28mm tyres from the current 25’s. I like the tan wall look on some bikes but think maybe keeping it black suits the blue frame more??

Always tan walls.
My bike came with tan walls but the both bubbled. So I’m Continental 5000 black since.
I say keep black side wall for this frame, unless you are going “cotton” sidewall, like the Victoria Corsa Pros or Specialized Turbo Cottons. Very fast but fragile tires.
Once you go black you can’t go back
