World Sport was one of the bikes I was looking for to convert to SS. Never got one, but did convert a couple other mid-80s road bikes.
That probably has 27-inch wheels rather than modern 700c. I think Panaracer Pasela would be your tire of choice in the limited 27-inch selection.
The gearing looks pretty tall — that is, whoever converted it was sort of forced to use the big ring on the crank. Because of the crank design, it was not possible to remove the big ring and use the middle ring as many would prefer. You might be able to re-gear the hub with a larger cog (I have not worked with coaster brake hubs), or you might keep an eye out for a replacement crank that would allow choice of chain ring. Or, the current gearing may suit you.
