If it’s not leaking and still allows oil to flow, then it’s probably fine to use.
It could develop problems later so if replacing it is an option, it couldn’t hurt to do that now.
That bend happens when the post gets lowered without feeding the hose through the frame. I would bet the you could stand to trim the hose down if you’ve been running it lower than it was originally. Trimming happens at the other end of the hose though.

I’ve bled so many reverbs and ultimately sold the customer a cable dropper. If you never saw it work don’t spend a dime on that trash. There is a reason the industry moved to other means of actuation..
