Which one would you chose for a secondary bike?

Obviously both are pretty old, the Pinarello looks to be better kept. However, the seller if the Fuji said it was used for one season then put in storage. This would primarily be a back up bike for me. The seller of the Fuji said the would go down to $400, haven't been in contact with the other seller yet.
