Bike (31lbs g line with nothing) is a way above comfortable or even max backpack weight for someone of your size and weight.
Just shoulder straps, 10% (19lbs) comfortable and 15% (28lbs) max of carrier’s weight is the general rule. Anything above 10% weight i switch to a hiking backpack with frame.
The sightseer also doesn’t have a carry frame so it’s dangerous to carry overburden as sudden shifts in weight can drag you down. Rolling on it wheels except for short flat ground is the way. No gangplanks or transfer bridges while on back please.
If you do need to backpack the bike for a decent bit while moving, an external frame hiking backpack with hip straps barely makes the load math possible. Would recommend a month of training up to it before the trip. Operating above 15% emcumbrance is hard.
