Still wasn't expecting quite so much water. At one point it was over my socks.
On the way back it was more difficult since I was also going against the current.
Lots of rain this week, plus spring runoff.

That looks so fun! I would def ride a few circles there haha
conditions of your bearings aside, I wouldn’t advise riding into a moving current like that.
I’ve done this many times too.
If it’s runoff I wouldn’t ride in it. The Poo factor in that water has got to be high.
Been there done that when we lived in west Houston riding near the George bush park and abreast I10 toward town. Just stay in the middle and pedal.
