Has a serial number on the head tube. Google around for Bridgestone/ kabuki serial numbers. Curious English translation of bicycle master. I’m guessing 80s. Give the parts a close once-over. They might tell the story.

it’s a mama-chari “mom’s bike” which is the nickname for most all japanese mixte style city bikes.
kinda hard to place when it was made as there’s new ones that look almost exactly the same. most likely between late 90s to 2010s based on the shifter though. there’s not much info on mamacharis in english or japanese as they’re seen as tools and not collectibles
