Cleaning my drive train (1×10) and noticed this. Seems to be happening in every gear.
Tried adjusting the B screw both ways but still present. Not sure if cage or hanger are bent? Can't say I've noticed any issues on the bike.

Bent cage.
You can see the bend at the top jockey wheel, bend it back, problem solved.
