Probably not worth upgrading unless it’s sentimental. Tighten the bolts, pump up the tires and ride it until it breaks!

You’ll have trouble upgrading most of it as it’s old enough to be using old standards, a lot of modern parts simply won’t work/fit without spending a little too much

Looks like a mid school tank. Not a bad thing, it’s fine to start out with but don’t plan on upgrading it, you’ll spend too much money. Save your cash and get a different bike. Ride this one until you have a better idea of what you want.
