I stumbled over something I haven't seen before while servicing my Fuel EX 2020. There is something that gives me a cracky feeling and I'd be interested in everyone's opinion or experience. It's right where the weld goes but you can't see anything from the outside. Is it something that might come from the welding… or simply a crack?

That looks like the weld has blown through the tube, and it certainly looks like a crack. I’d get back to your dealer, Trek have a lifetime warranty on their frames.
