Hello,
To cut the story short. Wife complaining about difficulty in pedaling. When I spine her bike it produces this clicking sound and noticable resistance in turns.
I already try adjusting the rear tension but it ended up the same. Has any of you experienced this? What should I do first before sending this to bike shop.

From the video, it looks like you are able to use finger strength to turn the crank and the rear wheel is spinning ok after you stop hand turning the crank. The rear hub rachet noise sounds normal. Do you have other observations about the difficulty in pedaling as part of the query ?
