I've never seen a seat post clamp like this one. The bike's owner asked me to help him sell the bike and I can't figure out how to adjust the seat height. Has anyone seen this before?

Pinhead lock. They’re probably on the wheels as well. Only way to get replacement keys is with the s/n from the original key.
