I was going on a group ride this morning on my trek domane and when i was cruising down a hill around 60 kph, my front axle has failed and my tyre has tilted to the left and burnt my paint off my left side of my carbon fork. Luckily, i didnt crash or sustain any injuries, but still worried that the carbon has been damaged. What can i do next?

Get it looked at by a pro IRL. Nobody is going to tell you one way or the other from a picture if it’s safe to ride.

If you have to ask, don’t ride it. We probably can’t tell from a picture just what condition your bike is in. Take it to your Local Bike Shop and ask them. If it’s carbon, a specialist repair shop may be required. They should have the equipment and expertise to inspect it properly.
I’m more concerned about the axle failing.. did it snap? Or did you not tighten it up enough and popped out?
Looks like it didn’t carve too deeply, it’s mostly paint and clear coat. I guess an inspection under a microscope to see how deep is the deepest cut would do, but doesn’t seem too bad imo.
