Springs has snapped or dropped out. It may be fixable but it will depend on what springs are in this hub. Undo the cone nut holding the driver on, pull the driver out from the hub carefully (parts may fall out!)
If it’s a freewheel type, the it can be replaced as complete unit.

That is completely shot. It is an old technology known as a freewheel. Get a new one from a different old bike.

Freewheels are very cheap on Amazon but you also need the tool to take the free wheel off
