Noticed a clunking and a bouncing feeling while riding. Stopped back home to find this!
It was still holding air but clearly time to replace it.

Looks like regular wear and tear to me. Probably just time for some new tires.
Rim brakes? Check that your pads are actually on the brake track and not hitting the tire sidewall.
