Very cool bike, price is decent to very good depending on your local market. In Austria, I’d probably buy that for 850, if I’m getting it to 750 I’m pretty pleased with myself.
BMC is considered a premium brand, SRAM Red is the top of the line groupset. The carbon wheels are budget but have good reputation. Updated wheels, new chainring and new-ish tires also make me think that this bike has been taken care of.
Make sure that it fits you well, and that you can live with the relatively aggressive position.
