I finally got to watch it , I finished today after 3 months solid care work. Lots of changes in my ear too from lots going on. Israel for one. Lots more, come out into the world and many changes but however, I am really ready for a rest period ❤🎉

Interesting ! Not only a tender but also a bunty to use for storage and running short trips. I've just stumbled on your channel and subscribed. Want to follow you more and see what will become. If resources are available, a single solar panel should be able to power an automatic bilge pump, just plumbing may be an issue. Have a great day !

Rambler is such a cool boat, I am so looking forward to seeing how it progresses inside as you do more work on it. What a day you had taking both boats to where you wanted to be.

If you have not had it done do consider getting your fuel tank(s) cleaned out. You might be amazed at how much moisture builds up in them to say nothing of the diesel bug sludge.

Love the addition of Rambler to your fleet, it will be a really cool mobility tool. Have not had the opportunity to read through all of the great comments so I don't know if the term has been suggested but here in the US of A we would probably refer, very loosely in Rambler's case, to Rambler as a "runabout" which it is and, I'm sure, will eventually earn that "nom de canal".
You said Rambler wobbles a lot. Does she need some ballast in the hull? I am used to sailing cruisers having a tender. This is the first time I have seen a narrow boat with a tender! I presume Roisin will tow Rambler when you move. It was traditional for working narrowboats to tow a Butty (like a load carrying barge with no engine).

What happens if you break down in the middle of nowhere and you are unable to get things going again?
Do you have to call a narrowboat break down service to get you going again and if you are in the middle of nowhere can they drive along the side of the canal with parts and tools to get you going again?
I know silly question but I'm not in the UK and not familiar with canal systems

Love watching you two. But I cringe every time you go into a tunnel or a blind corner. Do you have a horn? It is standard practice to hit the horn on a blind corner or into a tunnel. It doesn’t matter if others don’t do it but it is your responsibility if there is an accident. Please be responsible and toot away.
A floating recording studio, a place to rehearse, chill, paint and pack bean orders, there are so many possibilities for N/B 'Rambler'. You guys have done an amazing job in such a short space of time.
