I have a carbon road bike with a rear flat-mount disc brake, and after bringing it to a repair guy to remove a stripped bolt head using drilling and heavy hammering (about 20-30hits on the stripped bolt head with larger size hex), there were no visible cracks initially and the bolts were not fully tightened by him. After I went back and retightened it and torqued it to about 5Nm with torque wrench, I noticed a creaking sound but no cracks. After loosening and re-tightening a few times to 5Nm, the bolt began to sink into the mounting surface and cracking/chipping then appeared around the hole. I’m not sure if I’m the one that causing it to crack or it’s the repair guy. Is this repairable and how strong will it be after repairing. Thank you

That’s done mate.
Repair on that would likely cost more than a whole new bike and still be a repair, if they’ll even do it on that mount
What the fuck did they do to this frame!
