  4. I have been In Switzerland 🇨🇭 for to long, the alps are amazing and perfect, otherwise in Albania they are Perfect and Virgin. That’s why i love them. They just need to work more on the infrastructure and maybe maybe build a cable car 🚠

  5. Thanks for all the tips, we are a couple traveling to Albania this September. And the Valbona Theth pass is one of our must!!! Do you think is it possible in the rest of the country to do last minute accommodation reservations as to be free to move around the country?

  6. Hello, thank you for sharing this. We did the Acatenango hike last year with our 9 and 13 year old. It was quite difficult for us as we are not the fittest people and honestly we don't think we can do another one like that unless we prepare for it. Can you kindly share or compare how difficult this hike is compared to Acatenango. Do you remember how much the total distance was and how many stops in between you found where you can find snacks/water and most importantly restroom/toilet facilities. Mainly would like to understand and comparison from the start point to the base camp where it optional to go to see the volcanco from up close. Any advice would be much appreciated. Keep rocking!

  7. Although tourism has been picking up, I think it's still on a "moderate" level I would say. Especially up north, tourism is not a big thing yet. And of course relatively speaking with neighbors like Greece and Italy it just doesn't even compare at all country-wide, however as an Albanian I have to say this kind of "midground" period is probably the best time to visit the country. The upside is that you get to enjoy beautiful places almost entirely to yourself, however the downside is that you kind of have to deal with the underdeveloped infrastructure for the time being. And of course I include in there public services which involve cleaning out the trash from the river.

It's a sorry state to look at, but I should point out that the river is actually cleaned by the ferry operators, however, they only do it after the summer tourism season is over (so September-ish, it shouldnt be as bad as you guys got it).

Nevertheless, many projects are underway at the moment, particularly for the roadways, but also for these public service sector to better deal with things like the trash issue in the river. So in the future, visitors will enjoy the benefits of a better infrastructure, but it's highly likely that they will have to deal with bigger crowds too.

In any case, this Albanian series has been amazing guys and I really liked your style of videos and personalities. I will continue on and watch your videos for the other countries as well. Keep up the good work 🙂

  8. Albania or the Illyria or the Land off Eagle it,s Magic Place to be, and the Land when Saint Mother Teresa was born, Albanian are the Ancient People off Europe in Ancient time there was only the Illyrian and no Greek,s around,i did have Great time over there and in Kosova sence there are one Country, Greeting from USA👉👉❤🖤🦅🦅👉👉💋

  9. The tourism has picked up and that is why you see so much rubbish in the river, at the beaches and around those areas. This was not an issue back in 2020 and before that. It’s the boom in tourists leaving trash and it’s sad.

  10. Thanks for the video guys! Really enjoyed seeing these stunning sights of Albania! Would you recommend an alternative version where you start and stop in Theth, rather than starting or ending in Valbone? It seems that Valbone is that slightly less accessible than Theth, but I’m unsure if doing this would limit the experience. Thanks!
