One maker has made such a bike and displayed at the Taipei bike show. Battery is inside the humongous seatpost, which I don't like. It would look much better if they use a external battery pack tucked between the main frame and rear triangle.

E-trifolds similar to this have been in the Philippine market for a few months already, and with disc brakes too!
