I own a gravel bike but im thinking of getting rid of it to get a mountain bike. I felt just as fast on it, even on paved bike paths, and it was immensely more comfortable. (I know it’s not as fast but this specific commencal felt so light and nimble and I had a lot more fun than on my trek gravel bike). should I get a commencal like my uncle lol

My uncle is 180cm and I am 194cm so the fit wasn’t the best, regardless, almost a year later, I’m still reeling on how good that bike felt.
That’s roughly a 2015ish commencal. Should be able to find something from that era fairly inexpensive due to the age.
