I just bought a double pannier bag today, and it was quite cheap, but I just realized that the bag doesn't have a handle on top. A handle would have made it more convenient. Now I don't know how to carry this around when I go to the market because I don't want to risk it being stolen.

Click a set of the buckles together and use that as a handle, you could also use one of the top straps maybe?
Honestly you could just hand sow some straps to each side to make your own hmdles
Pop your head in the middle and now youve got a front pack and backpack
