Frame had been sitting still in our garden for 25 years, so I built it back up with new(er) components. It’s a koga miyata from 1983(?), not sure what model
The only thing is the position of the handlebars. Normally the top of the handlebars are flat (horizontal to the ground) rather than the lower grips. I would think that someone holding the hoods will feel like they are always falling forward if it’s in that position. Look at images of other road bikes to see what I mean.
