Question on cockpit Grail

Sloppy assembly, you likely also have some play between the fork and the frame/headtube.

Are you familiar with the Ahead system. Otherwise look it up but in general you can correct it yourself within 10 minutes:

Loosen the two bolts at the stem, push all down (stem, spacers and cap with the cables), then on top of the stem gradually tighten the bolt until there is no play between the fork and head tube, next tighten down again the 2 bolts at the stem.

Check for play but pulling the front brake and move the bike back/forth.
