Hey folks, just got back on the bike after a 4 year hiatus due to injuries and I feel like my hops are still way off, I did more Racing towards the end of my riding career but im wanting to get back into some more "Freestyle" stuff
you’re lifting the front and the rear at the same time, for a bunny hop you need to pull up the front first, then to level the bike.
I recommend you trying to work on them on flat before going on a pyramid.
