    Sweet bike!

Just a straight up backpack would work but fair warning you’re going to sweat a bunch.

Sidenote, depending on the distance and surfaces those tires might make your commute feel like a slog. Not sure if you’ve got a center slick but that helps me when I’m riding my gravel around vs straight beef tires.

Definitely invest in commuter tires first. Since you’ve got the 650b wheelset, maybe check out Continental Contact Urbans. I’ve commuted on them for years and they’ll make a huge difference over the Barzo’s.

I’d use a backpack or a messenger sling until you can add a rack. I’ve also got a 4130 All Road and regularly tote 30ish lbs of groceries. It carries them like a champ.
