  1. The theory sounds good but you will feel low energy if you go low carb, and even you are not going to have energy to hit the gym.

    Carbs gives you energy.

    Low carbs = low energy.

  2. I intake no less than 100 grams of fat and 200 grams of protein daily, carbs are how I feel. If I'm tired or know that I'm gonna put in some long days, I add carbs or deduct for lazier days.

  3. Nowadays, it's fat-free all of a sudden. People are too stupid. They fall for everything. Your ancestors ate a high fat moderate protein diet for a reason.

  4. 1g or 1.5g on or off-season, doesn’t matter 🤔- I mean, at 300lb that’s either 300g of protein or 450g. Surely it matters?
