you are must be blindly shoving your wheel in there and the cassette is constantly hitting the frame.
Get your wheel on and shift to lowest (hardest) gear and check if chain doesn’t contact the frame. If it does adjust the tension screw
That’s chain slap in your highest gears. Check your chain tension and apply some PPF to that area in the meantime.
