It is an island that is a department of France located in the Leeward Islands in the eastern Caribbean Sea. It covers an area of 1,628 square kilometers and With a population of about 400,000, it is the largest of any European territorial territory in North America. Guadeloupe is an overseas department of France.
Like other overseas departments, it is also one of the 18 regions of France (as overseas departments) and is considered to be part of the Republic.
Guadeloupe is made up of five islands: Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre (separated from Basse-Terre by a narrow channel called the Salt River), La Désirade, Les Saintes and Marie-Galante.

La Guadeloupe c'est plus beau que la France et en plus la Guadeloupe n'a pas colonisée l'Afrique contrairement à la France! La France c'est Paris, Orléans, Dijon, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, La Rochelle, Limoges, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Nice! On ne respecte pas la France mais on respecte la Guadeloupe!
