I have a plant x carbon but my derailleur is broken it's a SRAM rival 10 speed medium cage. I have asked a shop and they said just the derailleur to buy is a £100+ plus chain that is £33 and labour £35. is there any other options as he is saying there are not many options for a 10 speed. could anyone help me to what to buy and I will do the labour myself thanks

Can you easily extend the derailleur?
I’m not that familiar with SRAM derailleurs so it can’t tell if anything is bent but the only thing that appears to be broken is the shifting cable which is a $5 part.
