I've picked up a 2003 Intense Spider XVP.
It's got everything wrong with it, including a rattle can paint job. However I have most parts in my stash to replace everything that needs replacing, and I'll rebuild the Marzocchi MZ Race forks and see what I can do with that Fox Vanilla rear shock.
This weekend I'll strip it to the bare frame and paint strip it back to bare metal.
I'll be painting it Nardo grey and getting yellow stickers in a more modern font.
I'm planning a 90km group gravrel ride (60k day 1, 30k day 2 and beers along the way) in October, so it will be the bike I take.

Make sure you get MaxGripp rubber for the gravel, corners get sketchy. Or maybe there’ll be some Ultrasoft radials in 26″ in time for your ride!
