Rear derailleur mounting incorrectly?

Velotric Summit 2 took a spill. The hanger was way bent and went ahead and pulled back with my alignment tool.

Reinstalling the derailleur I can’t find what I’m doing wrong! I feel like the b limit screw should be closer in. And I’m not sure if this other tab is in the correct place? Rides ok in the small gear but can’t shift to the large cogs. Only had for one week.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

And yes I realized the chain wasn’t routed correctly at the time of this photo at the pulley. Reinstalled again and still no luck.
