I watched a bunch of videos and I actually managed smoothen the burrs and then cover the scratches. You can still kinda feel them but they are not sharp anymore. And they are mostly smooth. I will try to see if it will wear off because i did this with black nail polish and the recommended is a epoxy resin mix. If someone did a similiar fix i am open to suggestions.

I would have just deburred them and left them. Whatever you “covered” them with, if it was anything more than a permanent marker, will be soft and will just attract dirt and grit which will wear your seals out faster

I did cover scratches with epoxy glue and it works great. No problems after 2 years.
As long as it’s smooth, seals good and doesn’t damage wipers or seals, it’s good to go.
