Hard to tell from this picture, but I’d be quite surprised if you couldn’t. It’s most likely a BSA Bottom Bracket and there‘s plenty of options for BSA and Hollowtech.

It’s 100% BSA threads so yes, but check the width of the bottom bracket shell, in the MTB world it’s often 73mm whereas road is 68mm. Modern bb like bbr60 are sold in both versions
