  1. I got kicked by a horse in the New Forest, I had to give up my ballet lessons; good thing I was terrible at it and hated it, really. I didn't even have to bribe the horse to do it, it just took a dislike to me and did it of its own accord, for free!

  2. Cool video Neal!! Was that Peckham at the end she was in? Wonder if she bumped into del or rodders lol Great forest video blog too, il havta check out more of her channel. Lovely seeing ponys just hanging round free!

  3. Welcome too my home, and it's very normal to bump into pigs ,and i saw a bird of pray flying so low too the ground as the rabbit it had caught was too heavy it was bumping on the ground as it was flying😂

  4. I live on the edge of the The New Forest. I kept my horse at stables in the Forest for 23 years. I’ve ridden for hours across it It’s a truly magical place through all four seasons ❤️

  5. Uk is ancient and being an island has medieval defensive structures around the coast but the best thing is you can go anywhere and not run into a cougar, bears , snakes , wolves or any other dangerous animals the states have !!. The scariest thing you may run into is a drunk Scots man 😂

  6. Looking at America today, which depresses the whole world with its terrorism, I see your face and hear your thoughts and I’m reminded there are good people. However you need to bring this regime down.

  7. About the New Forest ponies.Though they are feral, & more or less completely wild & free roaming, they are all 'owned' by individuals, known as 'verderers', who have property in the area, with special rights over the forest trees etc, including these horses.
You have to remember that America didn't just pop into existence in 1776 AD, with the Declaration of Independence. The actual land was there forever before the Europeans 'discovered' it. There were indigenous native people there, who had their own history, & their own monuments, mostly made of earth, but some were enormous things, such as the famous giant 'snake' mounds & other earthworks, & some of these are very ancient. In the UK too, there are very many earth bank & ditch circles, burial mounds etc , than stone structures of the age of Stonehenge, though many stone arrangements simpler than it do exist.
Of course, in the southern states, there are many stone built structures, & in Mexico & Central America you find ancient pyramids & temples etc.

  8. The New Forest, (which is about 1000 years old, but everything is relative!🙄), is one of our national parks. I live about 5 miles from owl sanctuary at the edge of the forest, by the beach so best of both worlds. It's really lovely! I've travelled that train line very well.
I understand your fear of flocks of birds, the film The Birds probably did it for me! 😳 💜🙋‍♀️🇬🇧

  9. Nice video, but what a big yawn when Americans go on about it always raining in England, it doesn't! I worked with an American for a couple of weeks in London a few years ago, it was sunny and in the low to mid 80s for the best part of his time here, on the second last day he looked out of the window to a light shower and said "oh look, typical British weather"! What a plank.
