Tried to regrease the bearings on my square tapered bottom bracket and while I was trying to remove the non drive side cup it was very hard to turn i thought it was because of rust but then after cleaning everything i saw this, is there still anyway to re thread these or any other solutions except for threadless bottom brackets? Those are not available in my country for some reason…
Also make it a bit cheap i dont have alot of money😭

There are tap sets for that. The park tool set is great but pricey.
What is that we are seeing inside the BB shell? Is it a severed thread from the shell?
Given that there are good enough threads. I’d remove the broken thread and regrease and install the cup.
I don’t see the issue here if you mean threads are a lil bit scuffed it’s not a big deal. It doesn’t look ruined to me, at all
If the bottom bracket doesn’t screw in easily (mostly when new, used ones can have some resistance) then go to your local bike shop and ask them to chase the treads to clean everything up. This is mostly for peace of mind as your threads look fine, if a bit rusty.

Is this the part you are concerned about?
