Are these wheels suitable for rim brakes?

Hi all, wondering if anyone can say whether or not these wheels would be suitable for rim brakes. The current hubs are disc brakes but I’m Frankensteining some old components which are otherwise out of use and it occurred to me to wonder whether this is a possibility. Thanks in advance!
